  Top Appeal Shipping Policies

All orders require 1-2 businesses days to process after receipt by Top Appeal prior to shipment to the Customer.
   

  Domestic Shipping Methods:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes

Standard shipping rates do not apply to shipments sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
International & Canada

Canada will be subject to a $9.95 shipping charge that will be added to your order. For International orders, a $35.00 shipping charge will be added to your order. Top Appeal will notify you if your international shipping exceeds the $35.00 fee and the balance will be charged to your credit card. Canadian and International orders must choose the appropriate shipping method for their destination- Standard, Two-Day, and One-Day do not apply.


International & Canada Shipping Restrictions & Information:  
• The laws are different in every country and Top Appeal does not assume responsibility for keeping record of them. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with their Customs office to see if their country permits the shipment of our products to your country.  
• If the package is seized by Customs for any reason and Top Appeal does not receive the package back, Top Appeal  will not issue a customer refund. If Top Appeal does receive the package back after being seized, the customer is still responsible for the shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee.  
• Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. Top Appeal does not collect any duties or taxes from the customer and does not know how much they will cost the customer. Check with your country. Top Appeal reports the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. Please do not ask us to claim less than the actual purchase amount. In the event that Top Appeal is improperly charged for the customer’s taxes and duties on a shipment, Top Appeal will post the charge to the customer’s credit card.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers must submit all return/exchange requests within 7 days of receipt of package to info@topappeal.com. All return ship fees are the responsibility of the customer and not Top Appeal. Any product that is returned by a customer to Top Appeal must be in perfect manufacturer’s condition (unworn, undamaged in any way) and must be received by Top Appeal within 14 days after customer’s receipt of the item to be considered a valid return. Top Appeal will not accept invalid returns under any circumstance.    

Please check the contents of your package immediately. All missing, defective, damaged or wrong products must be reported to info@topappeal.com within 5 days of receipt. No exceptions will be made.  
Defective products and incorrect products, or products that have been damaged during shipment will be replaced immediately by Top Appeal upon return of the damaged, defective or incorrect product with the exact identical or correct product. Top Appeal will not apply a credit to credit cards in this case. The only option in this case is to receive the exact same Top Appeal product that was ordered as replacement. Top Appeal will pay appropriate shipping costs for replacement for damaged, defective or incorrect products that are returned.

Missing items in orders will be shipped immediately upon email notification to Top Appeal at  info@topappeal.com by the customer subject to product availability. Top Appeal reserves the right to investigate any claims of missing items reserves the right to deny claims of missing items based on the results of any Top Appeal investigation. Missing items will be replaced with the identical item originally ordered with the cost of shipping to be provided by Top Appeal, and no credit card credits or cash will be issued for missing items under any circumstance.   In the event that product availability is an issue, at the discretion of Top Appeal, a store credit for the missing items will be issued to the customer.

Any products returned that are described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. Any products returned as damaged or defective that are not actually damaged or defective will be returned to the customer at their full expense.


Please note that while we do our very best to be prompt in our response, email is not always 100% dependable. If you do not hear back from us within 48 hours, please resend your email. We can not be responsible for any correspondence that is not received if the correct email address or contact information is not supplied to us.


Top Appeal reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse of the stated return policies and deny a refund if it is deemed that our policies have been abused.


Please allow up to 14 business days after your package is received at Top Appeal  for processing of your refund.
